CEO of US sales
A Lizacom CEO is not only a person that always succeed, you are a person with extremely high standards on the personal and professional level, high level of ethics, good communication skills and you are a person that is more than his or her job. We expect You to have a personal life!
You will be responsible to lead, build and develop Lizacom in the US from our chosen headquarters in Philadelphia. We expect you to be a quality aware person, structured and with a passion to do better than everyone else. You have the knowledge on how to build a bleeding edge sales organisation for quality products to different markets (professional/ consumer), with a very high-degree of ethics. We do not deceive our customers, and we do not abandon our employees!
Your focus area will be in building a strong organisation focused on Logistics, ERP, CRM and backup/ security software on multi-platforms (Linux, UNIX, Apple OSX, Solaris, Windows and so on). You will be working towards customers in the US presenting complete solutions that the US never have seen before, and you have to both explain and make it “sellable” to CEO`s and to a “sales oriented marked” with only tech support. Lizacom´s tech staff have done the selling job internally @ your customers organisation easy since they will love it! You will be responsible to explain complex IT solutions to what my seem as very "simple-minded" CEO`s and make them understand the complexity of their own organisation, and they wont be happy about it.
Your working tools will be Linux/ Apple OSX based. Training inn different OS´s will off-course be given. You will be working with a lot of different people, ranging from “nerds” to people only understanding profit margins. You will be the “glue” in our organisation and You have to be able to communicate across professions, regions, countries and understand the differences therein and make good solutions out of it. You also have to understand that in such complex organisations, you will experience defeat.
You have respect for people and their differences and know how to make people deliver results in a positive manner. Further more we appreciate a sense of humour, that you are not self righteous and that you have the ability to work with people that show up @ work without a tie. You can handle employees that have an attitude and want to discuss your decisions without getting worked up, defensive or angry. You are also a person that have the guts to tell your contacts in HQ that they are wrong, and can tell why they are without coming up with excuses.

We are looking for Lizacom personnel in the US that can fulfil what Lizacom is in Europe. We have a slogan that pretty much summarise it:
Lizacom - quality solutions for quality people. (Made by quality people we might add :).
So to the downside. Lizacom do not promise you heaven, actually we promise you hell with hard work and no easy money. Off-course every enlightened person know that money do not grow on trees. You have to work to make money, but we are convinced that you actually will appreciate to have to work for the money you make. Then you have had to deserve it. Stupid job adds like; Be a millionaire today, just apply!! You will not see here, most probably you will not be a millionaire in the end anyway. Promise less, deliver more.
Your base pay is not good! You, your spouce and your children will survive, but nothing more
You will be offered a great bonus scheme that probably will make you a millionaire if you succeed, but if You fail you will get no bonus at all (seen this in ads before?).
You will most likely make an OK salary a month, but nothing more. If salary is everything, apply for a job somewhere else. Then You are not Lizacom material anyway.

Sales Staff
We need about 50 persons in our sales staff but our chosen CEO of sales will hire you. Please specify on your CEO application if you want to be a Lizacom sales person if you do not get the CEO job. Applying for a sales job even though wanting to be a CEO is greatly appreciated.
Regional resellers
We are looking for the most quality focused resellers in the US. Your company could be small or big, newly established or older than the computer itself . We will consider your application in any case as long as your focus area is in quality solutions and customer satisfaction. Lizacom in Europe have a customer satisfaction of 98 % and this quality standard we expect you as an re-seller to help us build in the US.
Lizacom is not a company that delivers just anything as long as it gives profit. Our company slogan is “Quality solutions for quality people”. This ought to be a precise description of our products and should give you an idea of who our customers are.
We are only interested in long-term customer relations and the only way to achieve this is to promise less, and deliver more (another of our company slogans). We do not care very much for companies that make our customers unhappy by sole focus on fast sales. Big sales, in conjunction with 98 % (or above) customer satisfaction off-course is good :)
